    Outcome

    Certified Head of AI

    Why now

You are responsible for AI. But nobody prepared you for that.

Tool trainings won't fix this. You need a frame that lets you actively steer AI – strategically, methodically and organizationally.

    Role without a blueprint

Head of AI is a new role – no degree, no standard curriculum. You get the framework to fill it.

Between hype and pressure to deliver

Board, staff and customers expect progress. At the same time pilots fail. You need a prioritization that holds.

    Process AI is not enough

Efficiency use cases are the entry – not the destination. Taking AI seriously means rethinking business models.

    EU AI Act & governance

Compliance, roles and communication are not an afterthought – they are part of the role from day one.

    Communication & rollout

Employees fear job loss due to AI. Here you learn how to actively involve them and offer a perspective.

    From idea to implementation

Here you learn how to implement AI use cases concretely and effectively – instead of staying stuck in the ideation phase.

    For Whom

    Sound familiar?

Our program is tailored to aspiring and practicing Heads of AI.

    Leaders with AI responsibility

You are steering AI strategically between board, business units and IT. You need methodology, frameworks and a roadmap that convinces upward and downward.

    Managing directors SME

Board, bank and staff ask for the AI strategy. You want a solid answer, a new business model probed and the first use cases to land cleanly.

    (Aspiring) Interim Heads of AI

You take on AI mandates as interim or advisor. You need a reproducible playbook, a toolkit and a network to be effective from day one.

    The frame

Value Creation House – the through-line

All six modules of the program map to the Value Creation House: strategy as the roof, customer experience / products & services / business processes as pillars, foundations as the base. Reshuffle & horizons span the time dimension.

Each area's fill level shows how far your company already is – just like the self-assessment result. As Head of AI you deliberately lift every layer to a sustainable maturity.
