The Challenge
Provinzial set out to strengthen its position within the growing "Living & Housing Ecosystem" and accelerate the development of new digital ventures. With multiple initiatives already underway-such as DatenService+, MZuI, Apato, and emerging concepts like KoBox-the organization needed clarity on how these ventures fit together, where strategic control points lie, and how to scale efficiently across the ecosystem. To achieve this, Provinzial required both a structured strategic approach and an integrated governance model to align venture activities, assess opportunities, and drive progress across the portfolio.
